More than RM300,000 – RM500,000 SBR + 1.85% p.a. (EPR = 4.85% p.a.)

Eligibility Criteria
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Age 18 years and above
  • First time house buyer for own occupancy which include the following segments:
    • Fixed income earners
    • Non-fixed income earners
    • Self-employed individual
    • Gig workers
  • Maximum monthly income is RM11,000 per applicant

Required Document
  • Fixed Income Earner:
    • Latest 3-month Salary Slip
    • Latest 3-month Salary Crediting Statement
    • Latest EPF Statement
    • Employment Confirmation Letter (ECL)
  • *Non-Fixed Income Earner / Self-Employed Individual:
    • Company / Business Registration (where applicable)
    • Latest 6-month Bank Statement
    • Latest 6-month Payment Voucher / Receipt / Statement
    • Latest B Form + Tax Payment Receipt (where applicable)
  • *Gig Worker:
    • Latest 6-month Bank Statement
    • Latest 6-month Payment Voucher / Receipt / Statement
    • Latest B Form + Tax Payment Receipt (where applicable)
    • Letter of Employment Contract

    *To furnish confirmation letter on proof of self-employment or income stream issued by Jawatankuasa Kemajuan dan Keselamatan Kampung (“JKKK”) or similar body or Category A government servants and/or Penghulu/Ketua Kampung or any relevant supporting documents accepted by the Bank.

Additional Requirement
  • Limited only for 3 vendors per application
  • The applicant to ensure the completeness of invoice / bill when submit to the nearest branch
  • The date of invoice / bill format within (≤) 6 months from date of Vacant Possession (VP) or from date of disbursement on the Balance Purchase Price, whichever is earlier
