Step 1: Log on to Bank Islam Internet Banking
Step 2: Go to Settings Menu
Step 3: Select Credit Card-i Maintenance
Step 4: Select Card Activation
Step 5: Select Credit Card-i Number
Step 6: Insert CVV code
Step 7: Click Activate
 

INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR)

Step 1: Call 03-26 900 888
Step 2: Select language: Press 1 for B. Malaysia or Press 2 for English
Step 3: Key-in your 16-digit Bank Islam Credit Card-i number followed by hashtag (#)
Step 4: Key-in your CVV code followed by hashtag (#)
Step 5: Key-in your 6 digit OTP received followed by hashtag (#)
Step 6: Your Bank Islam Credit Card-i has been activated.

Card Not Present & Oversea Transaction Activation

  1. Internet Banking; or
    Visit www.bankislam.biz > Insert “User ID” & “Password” > Click Menu Bar > Setting > Debit Card-i Maintenance > Card-Not-Present (CNP)/ Online Purchase Activation/Overseas Transactions and withdrawal > choose your desire Bank Islam Debit Card-i
     
  2. Bank Islam’s ATM; or
    Insert your Bank Islam Debit Card-i > Insert PIN number > Choose Bank Islam > Choose others > Choose Debit Card-i Maintenance > Choose update card-not-present / update overses transaction > Activate
     
  3. Call Bank Islam at 03-26 900 900
