| The minimum criteria for membership eligibility are: | ||
| i. | An individual with a minimum of total liquid Asset Under Management (AUM); minimum RM250,000 or | |
| ii. | An individual who jointly with his or her spouse of immediate family members has a total Asset Under Management (AUM); minimum RM250,000. | |
| In short, the spouse or immediate family members qualified under these criteria will be considered a “Joint Member” and is entitled to enjoy the privilege and services if Premier Wealth Member and shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein. | ||
| 2. | What are the key privileges associated with premier wealth and services, and how do they differ from standard offerings? | |
| The key privileges associated with premier wealth and services are: | ||
| i. | Bank Islam Debit Card-i Sapphire | |
| Bank Islam will issue the Debit Card-i Sapphire to its Premier Wealth Member, allowing the members to enjoy the recognition, benefits, and services. | ||
| ii. | Dedicated Relationship Manager | |
| A dedicated Relationship Manager will be assigned to its members to oversee their financial needs. Bank Islam Relationship Managers are certified with the necessary license as per the minimum requirements set by the relevant authorities. | ||
| iii. | Preferential Rate | |
| The Premier Wealth Member will be entitled to special rate for selected products such as term deposit, house financing, automobile financing, and other products as listed on Bank Islam’s website for Premier Wealth Members, subject to relevant product eligibility requirements, terms and conditions and Shariah rules and principles. | ||
| iv. | Premier Wealth Centre | |
| The members will be entitled to enjoy the facilities of Premier Wealth Centre where they can perform their banking transactions with ease, meet with Relationship Manager and attend events that organized by Bank Islam at the Premier Wealth Centre, and they also entitled to a dedicated parking lot at Premier Wealth Centre. | ||
| 3. | What are the specific terms and conditions governing the termination and cancellation of the Premier Wealth Membership? | |
| The Premier Wealth Membership may be terminated upon issuance of a written notice from the member to Bank Islam; or upon the member’s death, insanity, or bankruptcy; or if there are any changes in law or regulation which make it impossible or unlawful for Bank Islam to continue to make available the membership.
If the Eligibility Criteria is not fulfilled by the members, the usage of the Premier Wealth Membership may be terminated, restricted, or suspended at Bank Islam’s sole discretion upon prior written notice of at least twenty-one (21) days given to you with the reason(s) for such termination, restriction or suspension of usage stated. |
