Cash Deposit to Own Account

  • Insert BANK ISLAM DEBIT CARD-i (followed by Language selection and PIN number input)
  • Select ‘BANK ISLAM’ transaction
  • Select ‘OWN ACCOUNT CASH DEPOSIT’
  • Select account number to be deposited
    •  

Cash Deposit to Other Account

  • Insert BANK ISLAM DEBIT CARD-i (followed by Language selection and PIN number input)
  • Select ‘BANK ISLAM’ transaction
  • Select ‘OTHER ACCOUNT CASH DEPOSIT’
  • Enter beneficiary’s Bank Islam account number to be deposited

Financing Payment

  • Insert BANK ISLAM DEBIT CARD-i (followed by Language selection and PIN number input)
  • Select ‘BANK ISLAM’ transaction
  • Select ‘FINANCING PAYMENT’
  • Select Bank Islam financing account number, or Enter Bank Islam financing account (if payment to be made to third party financing account)

Balance Inquiry

  • Insert BANK ISLAM DEBIT CARD-i (followed by Language selection and PIN number input)
  • Select ‘BANK ISLAM’ transaction
  • Select ‘BALANCE INQUIRY’
  • Select Bank Islam account number for balance inquiry

  • Select ‘TABUNG HAJI’ transaction

  • Select Tabung Haji account number to be deposited

Cash Deposit to Other Account

  • Insert BANK ISLAM DEBIT CARD-i (followed by Language selection and PIN number input)
  • Select ‘TABUNG HAJI’ transaction
  • Select ‘OTHER ACCOUNT CASH DEPOSIT’
  • Enter beneficiary’s Tabung Haji account number to be deposited

Balance Inquiry

  • Select ‘TABUNG HAJI’ transaction
  • Select ‘BALANCE INQUIRY’
